Miami law firm Barakat & Bossa joins Alliott Global Alliance

The team, headed up by partners Brian Barakat, Giacomo Bossa and Jocelyne Macelloni, also offers special counsel in factoring, corporate governance, corporate structure, company formation and maintenance, financial and transactional matters, business purchases, commercial leases, contract formation, compliance, joint ventures, negotiation of complex business transactions, preparation of loan documents, purchase or sale of a business, equity purchase plus licensing, service and vendor, asset purchase and employment agreements, and external general counsel services.

As well as being active in the business law and international law section of the Florida Bar, the firm’s lawyers frequently participate in the Italy-America, Brazilian, Argentinian, Spanish and Turkish Chambers of Commerce. The firm’s international team, which comes from four continents, conducts business in the English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Turkish and Czech languages.
