Partner Giacomo Bossa commented:

“We are delighted to have been appointed as AGA’s law firm representative for Miami. This will help expand our client opportunities locally and by taking the AGA brand and highlighting the resources and reach we now have access to; we can further develop and raise our international profile".

Partner Brian Barakat added:

“We look forward to meeting and providing support to fellow members in the North America region and worldwide and to collaborating on mutually beneficial projects. This is an exciting time for our firm, and we look forward to being part of the next stage of AGA’s strategic development across North America.”

Alliott Global Alliance CEO Giles Brake said:

“The appointment of Barakat & Bossa shows that we continue to attract some of North America’s most dynamic mid-size law firms. With Miami being home to some 1,400 multinational companies, as well as the Latin American regional HQ of choice for many global organizations, it was important to appoint a law firm with an international focus. Barakat & Bossa fits this profile and can now offer clients investing within and outside of Florida access to global offices and legal and financial expertise almost anywhere in the world. We extend a very warm welcome to Giacomo, Brian, Jocelyne, and the rest of the team.”

Over the last 12 months, AGA has added seven firms to its North American membership: Rogers and Company CPAs (Washington DC Metro Area), Tuggle Duggins (Greensboro, North Carolina), Cambaliza McGee (San Diego, California), BHLF (Walnut Creek, California), Platt Cheema Richmond (Dallas and Houston, Texas) Barakat & Bossa and Magone & Company, (New Jersey - soon to be announced). Further development of the alliance is planned later in 2023 in key commercial centers across the Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest, Southwest, and West Coast regions.
