A full-service law firm, PGS Attorneys has been serving local and international clients for over a decade. Founded in 2008 by Emilio Cornejo Vernaza and Heriberto Estribi, the firm has seen significant growth and specialises in immigration, corporate and commercial legal services, real estate, litigation, estate planning and protection and tax law.

Working with clients mainly in matters related to residency, corporate structures, asset management protection, real estate, and employment, PGS has a strong international orientation and a team that includes senior staff members from the USA, Canada, UK, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

Managing Partner, Emilio Cornejo Vernaza, has spoken at many high-profile events and the firm is also a member of the Panamanian Chamber of Commerce, German Panamanian Chamber of Commerce and the Panamanian Real Estate Brokers and Developers Association.

Emilio comments:

“We are extremely honoured to join Alliott Global Alliance and become the sole representative law member in our jurisdiction. We have experience of membership of similar organisations and have experienced first-hand the benefits of affiliation with a global alliance. With a global reach that extends to 80 countries, PGS can now meet the growing needs of local and foreign companies and investors who are looking to expand within and beyond Panama, including in Latin America, Europe, and North America."

Giles Brake, CEO of Alliott Global Alliance, adds:

“PGS Attorneys joins the Alliance at a time of exponential Alliance growth. Membership of AGA provides the firm with a platform from which they can elevate themselves to greater heights in the country’s legal and international business communities. Panama offers significant opportunities to entrepreneurial businesses that are looking to expand into Latin America, and to the professional advisors who have the resources to meet these clients’ needs. We are delighted to assist such a dynamic and progressive law firm to achieve their ambitions on the world stage.”

Alliott Global Alliance’s Latin American membership is growing organically at a fast rate with new accounting and law members now present in 12 countries across the Latin American continent. Firms joining in the last 12 months include in: Argentina (Estudio Nunes & Asociados Abogados), Brazil (Consulcamp Auditoria e Assessoria), Mexico (Vazquez Tercero & Zepeda), Costa Rica (DV Business Solutions), Ecuador (Tax Financial Leaders Del Ecuador), Chile (OGL Abogadas and Proximo Auditores), Panama (Galeano & Asociados) and (PGS), Peru, (ARE) and Colombia (Peña Mancero Abogados)
