AGA is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing global multidisciplinary alliances, with 215 member firms in 95 countries. The alliance is ranked as a Band 1 Law Firm Network by Chambers and Partners.

Established in 2015 by lawyers from ‘Big Law’ firms, PCR helps businesses and entrepreneurs navigate the complexity of commercial real estate deals, corporate transactions, investment funds, tax planning, cross-border transactions, business litigation, employment law, creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, and intellectual property.
The firm’s clients derive mainly from the real estate, professional services, insurance, financial services, technology, and media sectors.

One of the region’s fastest-growing firms, PCR experienced 40% headcount growth in 2022 and has previously been included on Inc. 5000’s list of “Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America”. The lawyers at the firm are also regularly honored in publications such as “Best Lawyers,” Texas Super Lawyers Magazine “Rising Stars,” and Dallas Business Journal “40 Under 40.”

PCR team members have also served on the boards and committees of numerous organizations focused on international business, including the European American Chamber of Commerce, the Canada Texas Chamber of Commerce, and the Canada Florida Chamber of Commerce, where they helped facilitate introductions for cross-border business opportunities.

Language skills among the firm’s 30 lawyers include Arabic, Bosnian, Croatian, Farsi, French, Greek, English, Spanish, Hindi, Malayalam, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, and Urdu.

Managing Partner Robert Daniel sees AGA membership as a natural fit for Platt Richmond:

“At PCR, we are deeply involved in supporting our domestic clients with their needs in the still-booming Texas economy and they often need care expanding beyond their own jurisdictions. Our foreign clients want to grow into or access the Texas market and value our experience working on cross-border deals and joint ventures. Through our AGA membership we now have access to trusted legal and accounting advisors in other countries who can help us with cross border transactions and multi-jurisdictional litigation.

“In turn, our knowledge, local expertise and business connections means we can also offer support to our AGA colleagues who may require assistance or contacts in Texas, and we are very much looking forward to sharing best practice with our fellow members both in North America and globally with a view to expanding client opportunities”.

Alliott Global Alliance CEO Giles Brake adds:

“As one of Texas’ fastest-growing law firms, PCR’s association with AGA is a sign of our growing strength in attracting the best mid-size law firms across North America and the world. PCR’s leadership team has an incredible energy, and we were impressed not only by the depth and breadth of their lawyers’ expertise, but also by the firm’s level of international activity and their ambitions to offer true global solutions to the region’s business community. We look forward to helping PCR and their clients to achieve their international growth objectives.”

Over the last 12 months, AGA has added five firms to its North American membership: Rogers and Company CPAs (Washington DC Metro Area), Tuggle Duggins (Greensboro, North Carolina), Cambaliza McGee (San Diego, California), BHLF (Contra Costa County, California) and now Platt Richmond (Dallas and Houston, Texas). Further development of the alliance is planned in 2023 for the key commercial centers across the Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest, Southwest, and West Coast regions.
