The leadership team at OAKS Legal possesses a wealth of expertise and recognition: Managing Partner and Founder Major Selasie Atuwo has over 26 years’ experience in legal practice, investigations, risk management, compliance and military service. He has served as co-counsel on multiple USD 3 billion Government of Ghana Sovereign Bond deals and advised international clients including Vodacom (South Africa) and ICT Legal (Italy).

Co-Founder and Partner Kwabena Oppong-Kyekyeku is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and he was a finalist for the Private Practice Most Promising Newcomer Award at the African Legal Awards 2021, while Co-Founder and Partner Frank Atese Kwabena Amuh leads the firm’s Land, Property and Real Estate practice, working primarily with multinational clients. He also recently completed his master's programme in Natural Resources Law with the aim of setting up the firm's environmental, mining, energy, and infrastructure practice group.
