Danilo Mininel is also Chair of AGA's Latin America and Caribbean Advisory Committee where he supports the Worldwide Board with their strategic planning across this important jurisdiction.

Danilo's term as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is effective January 2026, and is for a three-year term. The decision is part of a structured succession plan developed in collaboration with Ricardo Madrona, who will conclude his tenure at the end of this year.

A founding partner of the firm, Danilo is widely recognized for his practice in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions, advising on complex strategic transactions across sectors such as services, technology, energy, food and beverage, retail, and industry.

Ricardo, who has led the firm’s management since 2022, will remain as a partner. Beginning in 2026, he will focus on his Corporate and M&A practice while continuing to support business development and governance initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition.

Reflecting on his tenure, Ricardo Madrona comments:

“Madrona Advogados’ leadership is in capable hands, supported by a robust governance framework—one of the enduring legacies of our administration. I am proud to step down knowing our management has been strengthened and our culture of innovation and creativity further consolidated.”

Looking ahead, Danilo Mininel shared his strategic vision:

“My primary goal is to build upon our firm’s successful trajectory while expanding our strategic horizons and deepening our organizational culture and values.”
