Danilo assists national and foreign clients in M&A transactions in Brazil, drafting and negotiating contracts, in general, relating to Corporate Law. He is experienced in complex transactions that demand he act more actively in a negotiator role in several sectors, such as retail, food & drinks, services in general, technology and industry, and noticeably, the health sector.
