Bowman & Company LLP Announces the Appointment of Joshua M. Saner and Nicole A. Schubert as Partners

Joshua (Josh) and Nicole have both been promoted to Partner in recognition of their outstanding contributions, leadership, and commitment to client service excellence.

Josh has been a valued member of Bowman’s Tax Department since joining the firm in 2019. He is known for his technical expertise, collaborative leadership style, and dedication to delivering high-quality, client-focused tax advisory services. Josh specializes in serving closely held businesses and individuals across multiple industries, with particular experience in the taxation of construction contractors, real estate developers, and manufacturers, especially within the food and beverage sector. His work focuses on providing practical tax planning, compliance support, and strategic advisory services that help clients manage tax liabilities while supporting long-term business objectives. Throughout his tenure, Josh has also played an important role in mentoring staff and supporting the firm’s continued growth and development.

Nicole has been a dedicated member of Bowman’s Audit Department for more than twenty years, joining the firm in 2002. She is highly regarded for her technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of audit quality and regulatory compliance. Nicole specializes in services for affordable housing and real estate development clients, overseeing engagement planning, reporting, and team development. She is known for her collaborative communication style, strong client relationships, and dedication to supporting emerging professionals within the firm, as well as strengthening systems and processes that support the firms' long term success.
