Alliott Global Alliance Strengthens Tunisian Presence Through 2AS Accounting & Auditing Services

Alliott Global Alliance (AGA) is delighted to announce that 2AS Accounting & Auditing Services (2AS) has joined the Alliance as its accounting, tax, and audit representative in Tunisia, further enhancing AGA’s service offering across the MENA region. 

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Tunis, 2AS delivers audit and assurance, bookkeeping, advisory, and tax services to both local clients and high-profile international organisations, primarily across the food processing, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, telecoms, textile, and electronics sectors. 

Beyond traditional audit and accounting services, 2AS provides external financial management and conducts interconnection cost audits for telecommunications regulators in Tunisia and the wider region. The firm also offers comprehensive financial advisory support, guiding clients through the full financing process, from structuring arrangements and fundraising initiatives to ongoing social and tax assistance.

The firm is led by Managing Partner Sabri Rhaiem, whose experience at PwC Paris and PwC Tunis combines international standards with deep local market expertise. Tax Partner Oussama Hachaichi brings over 14 years of experience with Tunisia’s General Directorate of Taxes (DGI). Business at 2AS is conducted in English, French, and Arabic, reflecting its international and multilingual client base.
