About this programme
In 2020, we unveiled a new innovation to add further value to your membership: our Future Leaders Programme. This is a global programme which brings our alliance's next gen professionals closer together. We are delighted that this programme will be returning for 2021-22.
This unique, mini-MBA style program is separate to our in-person Future Leaders Staff Training event in Barcelona in June 2022 and supplements that event. It is also delivered completely online and is targeted at the next generation of firm leaders. The programme provides training in leadership and business acumen and connects your rising stars to a global peer group with whom they will form strong friendships and working relationships.
Our coaches (Joanna Keeling & Elisabet Vinberg Hearn) deliver this program completely online using the latest technology. In these disruptive and ambiguous times, it’s more important than ever to ensure your future leaders are equipped to effectively lead and navigate through the changing times and into the future. Investing in our people is key.
We hope that you will support this programme which provides quality and great value for money compared to other options on the open market. It is a highly interactive and engaging program which supports our future leaders in delivering with impact in their complex and challenging roles.
