Tax and Consulting (TnC) Joins Alliott Global Alliance in Azerbaijan

Alliott Global Alliance (AGA) is delighted to announce that Tax and Consulting (TnC) in Baku, Azerbaijan, has joined the Alliance as its accounting, audit and tax representative in the country.
The appointment of TnC strengthens AGA’s coverage in the strategically important Eurasia region.
The team at TnC offers tax compliance and advisory, accounting, legal and audit services to clients operating in various industries, such as Oil & Gas, banking, construction, logistics, healthcare, and retail.
The firm, founded in 2006, is led by Managing Partner Mushfig Aliyev, who previously held senior roles at PwC Azerbaijan, PwC Georgia and KPMG Azerbaijan. He is recognised as a “Highly Regarded” practitioner for General Corporate Tax in Azerbaijan by ITR World Tax and as a “Notable Practitioner” for Project Development by IFLR1000. Drawing on deep sector expertise, including advising leading multinational clients in the aerospace, defence and security industries, he has overseen a period of strong growth and development for the firm since assuming ownership in 2025.
TnC is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan, as well as the Italian-Azerbaijani, French and British Chambers of Commerce, and is currently in the process of joining the German Chamber of Commerce. Business is conducted in English, Turkish, Russian, and Azerbaijani languages.
