Strengthening the UK–Saudi Advisory Corridor - AGA Participates at Cityscape Global 2025
25 November 2025
Alliott Global Alliance (AGA) participated last week in Cityscape Global 2025, one of the world’s leading gatherings for real estate, urban development, sports, and the creative industries. With attendees from 120+ countries and over 470 speakers, the event continues to highlight the scale and momentum of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 transformation.
AGA CEO Giles Brake was joined by colleague Damien McMenamin, Chief Growth Officer, as part of the official British Government presence at the event, organised in partnership with the UK’s Department for Business and Trade (DBT). Alongside meetings with UK companies exploring expansion to the Saudi market, there was time for a photo, as shown, with His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Stephen Hitchen.
Cityscape Global reinforced Saudi Arabia’s attractiveness through several key indicators:
- Economic Powerhouse: Among the top 20 global economies
- Digital Advancement: One of the most digitally advanced G20 nations
- Real Estate Growth: 1.5 million new residential units under construction by 2030
- Healthcare Excellence: Home to several top-ranking global hospitals
- Mega Real Estate Projects: shaping new cities and investment zones
- Strategic Global Location: connecting Europe, Asia, and Africa
- Hosting Global Events: across sports, culture, and entertainment
- Giant Economic Projects: driving sustained long-term investment.
AGA attended the event in support of its representative Saudi Arabian offices that offer a soft-landing platform covering:
- Market entry and corporate structuring
- Zakat, tax, and VAT advisory
- Accounting, reporting and payroll
- Commercial, employment and regulatory legal services
- Immigration and onboarding for foreign staff
- GRO (Government Relations Officer) services across MISA, ZATCA, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem and Absher Business
- Ongoing compliance and local representation.
As Saudi Arabia’s regulatory, tax and legal landscape evolves rapidly, choosing the right local partners is essential. AGA’s role is to act as a trusted cross-border bridge, ensuring foreign investors benefit from coordinated support in both their home market and on the ground in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
With highly capable firms in the UK and Saudi Arabia, AGA provides joined-up, end-to-end support for companies entering the market. This includes early-stage structuring and tax planning in the UK, seamless implementation in the KSA, and continuous communication across both jurisdictions.
“Selecting the right local partners is essential for any company entering the Saudi market,” commented Giles Brake.
“AGA provides locally rooted expertise supported by international standards. As an alliance, we act as the bridge, ensuring UK and international investors receive coordinated, reliable support from their home market all the way through to successful implementation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
AGA’s engagement at Cityscape Global reaffirms its commitment to supporting cross-border investment and helping foreign businesses participate in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding sectors with confidence, clarity and trusted local partners.
