Chicago real estate attorneys represent German automotive company in campus purchase

Chicago real estate attorneys at Masuda Funai recently advised JENOPTIK on the purchase & development of their new campus in Michigan
Masuda Funai, Alliott Group law member in Chicago, IL, recently represented JENOPTIK Automotive North America, LLC on its purchase of 16 acres of land in Rochester Hills, Michigan and the development of the land into a modern campus facility (see photo above) of approximately 100,000 square feet of space.
JENOPTIK Automotive North America, LLC, is a German headquartered company that specializes in metrology and laser machines for the automotive industry. Rein Krammer and Tim Hammersmith, both Principals at the firm, advised the company throughout. The new campus is an engineering, production, sales and service facility for both industrial metrology and laser processing systems.
