UK law member completes three M&A transactions totaling £32M on same day

The closing of three M&A transactions on the same day demonstrates the growing stature of Ellisons Solicitors' corporate team

Wednesday 30th November 2016 will be a date which will last for a long time in the memories of the Corporate and Commercial team at Ellisons Solicitors.

Building on the success and development of the team over the past few years, it was the date on which the team completed 3 multi-million pound transactions on behalf of key clients: two acquisitions and one disposal with an aggregate value of approximately £32,000,000. It is evidence of how far the team has grown that it was able to resource and complete these deals on the same day and shows that it is now a team to be recognised within the Mergers and Acquisitions market.
