Chicago lawyers host Northern Ireland businesses

Representatives from Northern Irish companies including OCO Global, White’s Oats, Evron Foods, BNL Productions, Harnett’s Oils, Mackle Pet Foods, Long Meadow Cider, Northway Mushrooms, New Found Joy, Gekko Shot, Wotzinurfood, Grahams Bakery and Powertech Refrigeration, visited Chicago on April 16 as part of a trade mission. 

Lawyers at the firm including Colin Hara, Thomas McMenamin, Kathleen Gaber, Reinhold Krammer, Frank Del Barto and Timothy Hammersmith gave a presentation on “Entering the U.S. Market: Legal Issues”. The lawyers provided detailed information on corporate issues, tax, real estate, immigration, general employment matters, sales documentation and other commercial matters, as well as trademarks and intellectual property protection.
