Barakat + Bossa appoints Clara Salvai as new CEO

Barakat + Bossa has proudly announced the appointment of Clara Salvai as their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective March 28th, 2024.

Having served as the firm's Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the past eighteen months, Clara has demonstrated exceptional dedication, expertise, and commitment to Barakat + Bossa's success and her appointment as CEO marks a new chapter in the firm's journey.

With a rich history dating back to 2004, Barakat + Bossa has emerged as a trusted partner for businesses facing complex legal challenges. Their international team, comprising professionals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, brings a wealth of expertise to every case, ensuring tailored solutions for each client.

In recent years, Ms. Salvai has been credited with growing and managing other law firms within the US market. Under her tenure in managerial positions, these firms expanded, grew, and added areas of expertise, offices, and other lines of work, all while maintaining a good reputation within the market, attracting top talent, and creating strong alliances. Her ability to communicate in different languages and understand trends and different team dynamics has made her a strong asset to the teams with which she has worked.

In her new role, Clara recently developed and led the first in a series of Alliott Global Alliance's (AGA's) online Leadership and Management Huddles, entitled “Boosting Team Productivity” alongside Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk, COO at AGA's legal representative in Poland, Wołoszański & Partners Law Firm. The event garnered widespread acclaim with over 100 professionals from law and accounting firm members from across the globe registering for the session. The next huddle will focus on "Elevating Employee Morale," which promises insightful discussions on fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
