AGA’s expansion to its 90th country strengthens the alliance’s ability to meet international companies’ increasing demand for compliance and advisory services across a growing number of developed and emerging markets.

With over 200 top ranked, locally owned, and managed accounting and law firms representing the alliance across different cities and countries, AGA’s service model offers a different value proposition to the larger national and multinational consulting firms. The alliance’s independent firms collaborate through the alliance’s globally connected platform to serve a range of international companies, large and small.

Since the start of 2022, AGA has expanded through affiliation with firms in Algeria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Egypt, Guatemala, Libya, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, and Vietnam.

Giles Brake, CEO of AGA, comments:

“AGA has achieved significant organic growth in the last three years, and was the fastest-growing, truly global alliance of accounting and law firms in 2021*. The multidisciplinary solutions we offer in a growing number of countries are increasingly attractive to business executives who see a real business advantage in being able to partner with a team of highly engaged in-country experts who know each other well and who can coordinate services across multiple disciplines and diverse jurisdictions.

“Fast alliance growth is creating huge business opportunities and connecting smaller, independent firms to a global resource base they can lever to expand their client service models, improve firm management and ultimately, improve their bottom line.”

Darsi Casey, the alliance’s Nevada based Worldwide Chair adds:

“We are thrilled to reach yet another important milestone in our growth journey. With the pandemic in retreat, we anticipate further expansion in 2022. Gaining a larger footprint in the US, Canada, Australia, Greater China, Scandinavia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia, are our strategic objectives this year. Significant focus is also being placed upon increasing the range of value-add services we provide to member firms. A determined and highly skilled Executive Office team is ensuring AGA remains on track to achieve our goals pursuant to our strategic plan, including expansion to 250 member firms in 100 countries by the end of 2024.”
