Alliott Global Alliance expands into Vietnam legal market after appointing DNA Vietnam LLC to membership

With this announcement, AGA continues its expansion into new territories in the South East Asia region, while DNA increases their client service capabilities to 78 countries worldwide while remaining fully independent.

A relatively new premier boutique law firm, DNA was established in Hanoi in 2020 by Mr. Thanh Son Dang and Mr. Chi Lieu Dang, two former Baker & McKenzie partners. The team at DNA specialise in technology, media, M&A, insurance, renewable energy, banking, and finance law and serve local clients in the retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, banking, technology, and energy sectors.
