Founded in 1977 by Nasos Panayiotou and with offices in Nicosia and Ayia Napa, affiliation with AGA expands PL’s reach to some 100 countries worldwide. As a member firm of the world’s 5th largest multidisciplinary alliance, PL now offers their growing portfolio of clients seamless access to not only legal services on a global basis, but also to accounting, tax and audit services.

The team at PL, headed up by Managing Partner, Vassilis Panayiotou, provides corporate and M&A, real estate, family office services, investor services, secretarial & fiduciary services, and litigation, to clients in many of the country’s growth sectors, such as hospitality, real estate, construction, financial & banking, FMCG & retail, as well as to the financial & private equity sectors.
