A Celebration of the Career of Nicola Neilon

Since co-founding the Nevada-based firm in 2006 with Darsi Casey, Niki has been a driving force in its growth and development. Known for her thoughtful leadership and passion for supporting small business owners, Niki has also played a vital role in mentoring colleagues and shaping the culture of the firm.

Through her roles on the Nevada State Board of Accountancy, the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, and the AICPA Board of Examiners, Niki has been a staunch advocate for reasonable, responsive professional licensure and regulation.

Throughout 2025, Niki has continued to actively serve clients and guide a thoughtful transition of her responsibilities to ensure continuity for both the firm and its clients.

As December approaches, her colleagues and clients are preparing to celebrate her remarkable career and lasting contributions to the accounting profession.

Her legacy as a leader and mentor will continue to inspire the Casey Neilon team and the wider Alliott Global Alliance community and we send Niki all our very best wishes for her retirement.
