Your digital platform for
global collaboration

This achievement is not just a matter of reach. It continues a journey that began in 1979, when a small group of like-minded, independent firms believed that global service could be delivered with personal connection, trust, and local insight at its core.

“It started with a handful of five entrepreneurial firms in the UK, Germany, Belgium, France and Australia that believed they could deliver better, together,” commented Giles Brake, the Alliance’s CEO. “That belief, that independence and collaboration could thrive side by side, has shaped everything since.”

In recent months, a dynamic wave of new member firms, from Sri Lanka to Kazakhstan, Qatar to the British Virgin Islands, and Liberia, has brought the Alliance across the 100-country line. But this milestone is not about dots on a world map.

“It’s about presence with purpose,” reflected Giorgio Marcolongo, Worldwide Chair. “For clients, it means trusted access to advice wherever opportunity leads. For member firms, it means being part of something larger- a platform to collaborate, grow, and support one another while staying true to their local identity.”

What 100 Countries Means

  • For clients: Seamless, more efficient, cross-border solutions from trusted and aligned professionals in over 100 jurisdictions.
  • For member firms: A true alliance- one that prioritises trust, collaboration, personal relationships and shared standards over formality or bureaucracy.
  • For professionals: Opportunities to connect, grow, and lead in a global context.

Driven by People, Powered by Purpose

This milestone reflects the strength of the Alliance's community, and in particular, the vision and leadership of its Executive Office team. Their ability to connect member firms across cultures, foster collaboration, and drive strategic growth has been central to this achievement.

“This is also a tribute to our Executive Office team,” added Brake. “They lead with purpose and professionalism, keeping the Alliance relevant and moving forward, always reaching higher. Their work continues to shape the character and direction of the Alliance.”

Worldwide Celebration in Toronto – Shaping What’s Next

The 100+ country milestone will be formally celebrated at the Worldwide Conference in Toronto, from 29 October to 1 November 2025, a global gathering of member firms that will not only mark this achievement but also look to the future.

“This isn’t our final destination, it is our launchpad to further increase the collaboration between our members,” added Marcolongo. “As clients navigate increasingly complex global challenges, our alliance is ready with trusted firms in more places, working Together as One.”
