Transfer pricing refers to the prices of goods and services that are exchanged between companies under common control and the Base Erosion & Profit Shifting project (BEPS) is in full flow, with the OECD/G20 led project being the biggest change to the basis of corporate taxation in a generation. With actions 8 and 11 of the BEPS Action Plan focused specifically on the use of transfer pricing, many multinationals need to manage the risks carefully.

In the first roundtable meeting of our Transfer Pricing Global Practice Group, we bring together members from inside our alliance who have experience of Transfer Pricing and who will share their experiences of working with clients both locally and cross border to provide assistance in this important area.

In this informative session, our speakers from across the alliance will discuss:
• Their capabilities and experiences of Transfer Pricing work
• Any examples of projects undertaken and trends
• Resources available to assist with this work, for example, databases
• How we can find collaborative initiatives and projects where members can work together.
We aim for you to leave this meeting with a greater understanding of how to be ready to advise on this market in your country and who you can turn to within AGA for advice.
