The Corporate Finance Group brings together Alliott Global Alliance member firms with a genuine corporate finance advisory practice. Membership is verified, so everyone taking part works on live transactions as part of their day job, whether that is M&A, private equity, family office or restructuring work.

Members use the group to share corporate finance intelligence from their own jurisdictions, compare what they are seeing in their markets, and collaborate on cross-border mandates. The group operates globally, with regional heads coordinating activity in their own regions. Attendance at this event is by invitation and open to Corporate Finance Group members only.
