Opportunity in Crisis: Building Firm Loyalty, Ty Hendrickson, The Sales Seed

This session will address, firstly, the underlying role that loyalty plays in the success of all businesses, especially professional service firms by examining how building loyalty in our clients and loyalty in our staff comes full circle to build a firm growth culture. Now more than ever, this is important because accountants and lawyers have a significant opportunity to impact how businesses fare through the COVID-19 crisis. Clients are scared and stressed. As advisors, accountants and lawyers have a significant opportunity to build relationships and loyalty through the service and thoughtfulness provided during this time.
This session will also explain that firms have the opportunity to really invest in their people and learn what individuals can bring to the table to make the firm even more successful. By focusing on developing who we have, our firms will be better set up to execute on our service initiatives and also find opportunities to promote growth and new ideas through a focus on our people in this situation. Ty will explain how this, in turn, builds greater loyalty to the firm from both perspectives which results in long-term success beyond the crisis. Examples will be shared of how to go above and beyond for both clients and staff so that we have tangible ideas on how to implement these strategies.
