Selasie Atuwo, Managing Partner
Biography
Major Selasie Atuwo (Rtd) was called to the Bar in England and Ghana, and served for over twenty years as a professional military officer in the Ghana Army. He is a lawyer, investigator, accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator and Adjunct Lecturer at the Law Faculties of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and Mountcrest University College, Accra, Ghana.
Selasie has over 20 years of real-world knowledge and experience in national and international (United Nations and Regional) Legal Practice and Research, Strategic Defence, Investigations, and Risk Management.
He holds three Master of Laws (LLM) degrees in International Commercial Law from the University of Dundee; LLM in Advanced Legal Practice from the University of the West of England and LLM in Business and Taxation Law from the Universite de Cergy-Pontoise (France).
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London; Post-graduate diploma in Bar Professional Training Studies from University of the West of England, Post-Graduate Certificate in International Human Rights Law, Florida State University in conjunction with the International Bar Association) and military qualifications including a Diploma in Military Studies and Operational Art and Science from Military Colleges in Ghana, Canada and China.
