Biography
Nelli Shevchenko is a Senior Associate in Sherrards’ Employment and Immigration team, based in the firm’s London office. She advises on both corporate and private UK immigration matters, acting for clients ranging from large multinational businesses to entrepreneurs and high-profile individuals. With over 10 years’ experience at leading London immigration firms, Nelli previously headed the UK corporate immigration department of a US law firm.
Her expertise includes Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas, sponsor licences and compliance, right to work issues, Global Talent applications and complex British nationality matters. Nelli is also part of the Alliott Global Alliance’s Global Mobility team, supporting clients with cross-border mobility challenges and providing coordinated international solutions. She is an international associate member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
