Biography

Mrs. Trpenoska Trenchevska graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje in April 1990, majoring in Jurisprudence, with an average grade of 8.57 (the maximum grade being 10). After graduation, from September 1990 until May 1992, she worked as an intern in the District Public Prosecutor's Office. In May 1992 she was registered in the Directory of Attorney Apprentices of the Bar Association of Republic of Macedonia. She passed the bar exam in June 1995, and has been a member of the Bar Association since July 1995; she is currently working as attorney at law in the TRPENOSKI Law Firm. Following the Decision of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia from 17th November 2005, she founded together with Jovan Trpenoski and Dejvi Davidovski, attorneys at law, the TRPENOSKI Law Firm as a separate legal entity, Natasha Trpenoska Trenchevska, is the authorized representative of the TRPENOSKI Law Firm, and President of the Executive Board of the Law Firm. She is President of the Supervisory Board of AD Zito Luks Skopje. She figures on the roster of permanent Arbitrators at the Permanent Elected Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Macedonia addressing disputes of domestic and foreign nature. Mrs. Trpenoska Trenchevska is a delegate at the Assembly of the Bar Association, member of the Institute of directors, former Disciplinary Prosecutor of the Bar Association, and a member of the Bar Association's Commission for Collaboration with Foreign Attorneys and Legal Organizations. With the recent developments and changes in the practicing of the legal profession, Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska is increasingly taking on the responsibility for ensuring unimpeded, continuous and high quality provision of legal services to the Firm's clients. She has successfully managed the overall work of the Firm, which now consists of 15 attorneys at law, all registered at the Bar Association. In the Law Firm, Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska is responsible for the Department for Protection of Competition, Arbitration and Mediation, Management, Corporate Law, and Due Diligence.
