Biography

Marlowe obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law after completing his Master of Arts in Humanities with Specialization in History and Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, both with honors, from the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015 and has completed the Pre-Judicature Program of the Philippine Judicial Academy and passed its written evaluative examinations in 2021. He is an incoming post-graduate student in the Master in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations program of the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Econom�a (ISDE) in Madrid, Spain. 


Marlowe's main practice areas are dispute resolution, media and technology law, and corporate law. He has extensive experience in representing individual and corporate clients before various courts, arbitral tribunals, and quasi-judicial agencies. He has also advised multinational clients on matters relating to doing business in the Philippines. He handles general corporate work, M&A, and regulatory compliance.


Marlowe is the current Deputy Secretary General for Operations of the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR). He is also a member of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR), Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb), Asian Academy of International Law (AAIL), Asian International Arbitration Centre Young Practitioners Group (AIAC YPG), and the YSIAC. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) East Asia branch and is a trained arbitral tribunal secretary of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
