Karina's work experience began in the Judiciary as an Assistant of the 10th Court. of Instruction in the Civil Commercial, same that was in charge of all the management and control of the Court, attention to the litigating public in general, also responsible for the use, loan and management of the files. She is in charge of preparing different trades and testimonies to the parties. After that, he enters the 1st Court as Investigation Officer. of Precautionary Criminal Instruction of the Judiciary, which was in charge of carrying out and practicing all the proceedings, summonses and notifications of the court, in addition to carrying out Investigated Commissions, verifications of addresses and affidavits of witnesses and guarantors.
She continues to fulfill her experience as a Process Attorney at BBVA PREVISION AFP, who was in charge of drawing up contracts, as well as reviewing and analyzing Powers of Attorney for the qualification of Beneficiaries, Retirees, and the due Registration of Companies for their normal operation. She is promoted as a Process Lawyer at the same BBVA PREVISION AFP Institution, which was in charge of Executive and Coercive Social Security processes, both with the old and new Pensions Law, maintaining a portfolio of around 1,000 Processes nationwide. .
Later, she served as Legal Adviser and Lawyer for processes of the company SERVICIOS PETROLEROS BOLIVIANOS LTDA., which sponsored 97 labor processes for social benefits, labor reinstatement and social infractions in Courts of the Capital and its Provinces.
