Biography
Germaine Pereira is a Partner at Solomon & Co. She is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and holds a Master's Degree in Science with a specialization in Biotechnology.
She has an experience of over 10 years. Prior to joining Solomon & Co. in 2007, Germaine worked as an intellectual property consultant at the Industrial Research and Consultancy Centre, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IITB).
She has substantial transactional experience in equity and debt financing, conveyancing, labour and employment laws, India entry, law of inheritance and succession and intellectual property matters. Germaine has represented clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries, high net worth individuals, artist and writers on their legal assignments.
