Biography
Craig is an experienced litigation lawyer who has argued all kinds of commercial matters for corporate and individual clients, ranging from simple contractual and shareholder disputes, restraining orders and injunctions, through to complex commercial matters and defence of health and safety and environmental matters. Whatever the issue, Craig can apply his knowledge and skills, and a practical approach, to help you get it resolved.

Extensive experience arguing matters before all levels of Court in Alberta, the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, as well as in private arbitrations.

Represents clients whose issues cover a range of industries, including energy, seismic data, telecommunications, health care, charities, elder care, venture capital, engineering, wealth management, distilling, power generation, real estate, information technology, construction, marine fuels, railways, and many others.

- Craig can help you with a variety of disputes common to oil and gas Exploration and Production companies, Service Companies and Drilling Contractors, including builders' liens, contractual, joint venture, accounting, royalty, operator and oil and gas operating agreements and lease interpretation disputes as well as pipeline construction claims, drilling disputes and injunctions against blockades.
