MST Partners was founded in 2010 in Bratislava, Slovak Republic by experienced lawyers Martina Mundierova, Rastislav Skovajsa and Martin Timcsák, who in the period from 2001 to 2010 together with the vast majority of the current team worked in one of the most well known Slovak law firms.
The law firm currently provides a wide portfolio of legal services to foreign and Slovak clients, with a profile in the areas of litigation, intellectual property law, IT law, Public procurement and acquisitions, as well as development and civil engineering. The firm has won prestigious awards and also participates in various professional competitions. In the Law Firm of the Year 2019 competition, the law firm received a highly recommended firm award in Telecommunications and IT Law and also won awards as a recommended firm in the Dispute Agenda, Public Procurement and Intellectual Property categories.
