This webinar is offered by our partner Farnham Castle Intercultural Training and is part of the Farnham Castle Intercultural Training Webinar Series 2017.

Leaders are promoters of change and challengers of the norm. They encourage creativity and risk taking, whilst concentrating on their business goals, objectives and visions. In the global context this means maintaining trust and meeting the needs of numerous and often very diverse stakeholders, from different cultural backgrounds, in different time zones and with very different communication styles.

What motivates people in different parts of the globe? How do they like to give and receive feedback? Leading across cultures is complex but culturally aware leaders have an advantage over those without intercultural sensitivity.
