Biography
Sumit is a fierce and respectable advocate, he has obtained tremendous experience in all levels of Court in British Columbia. He regularly appears in Provincial Court and Supreme Court throughout the Province. He has appeared in the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada. Outside of BC, he has appeared in the Court of Queens Bench in Alberta and the Supreme Court of Yukon.
