Biography

Based in London, Simon is a consultant solicitor in criminal litigation with 20 years' experience. He represents private and corporate clients in the full spectrum of criminal and regulatory cases (including white collar crime) but specialises in complex fraud and financial crime matters, particularly those with a strong international element. He has extensive experience in protracted investigations conducted by the Serious Fraud Office, National Crime Agency and the Revenue & Customs Central Fraud Group. His experience in regulatory cases includes advising a corporate following the Tebay Rail Disaster and acting in investigations by the Health & Safety Executive following death at work. He advised the US Olympic Committee on domestic criminal law in advance of the 2012 games and has been retained by a leading Premier League football club. He was the co-founder and then managing partner of City firm Morgan Rose for 14 years.
