Biography

Sebastian is a Partner at Spingarn, where he leads the area of Energy and Natural Resources, and co-leads the Merger and Acquisitions practice of the firm.
Sebastian has developed an ample experience advising national and multinational companies in complex international transactions, investment structuring and protection and the negotiation of strategic contracts. Sebastian also represents some global and multi-Latin businesses of the insurance, technology, real estate and agricultural sectors.
He focuses his professional practice on matters of Energy and Natural Resources, with special attention to public procurement, international negotiations, mergers and acquisitions. He also accrues a great experience in the field of insurances.
He handles national and international clients in the corporate area, and has led some complex contractual and regulatory transactions of a high level. He has represented the companies involved in processes of tender awarding in the energy area, especially non-conventional renewable energies.
