His areas of expertise extend to a wide-range of controversies, including commercial and white-collar-crime litigations, as well as bankruptcy proceedings. During his more than 15 years of professional experience, Rodrigo has successfully represented clients from various industries, such as mining, chemistry, construction, machinery, retail, food and real estate, as well as high-net-worth individuals. Rodrigo also leads our practice regarding internal corporate investigations and implementation of crime prevention models.
