Biography
Natascha Ilovaisky Dambæk is Head of the Construction Law Department. Natascha is highly specialised in construction law and advises both Danish and international stakeholders in the construction industry, including developers, contractors, architects, engineers and guarantee providers.
Her advice covers both the drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as assistance in connection with disputes arising during the execution of construction projects. Natascha represents clients in the resolution of disputes through settlement negotiations, litigation and arbitration.
Natascha has many years of experience in managing lengthy and complex international litigation. She has advised on some of the largest and most significant court cases, as well as advised developers on some of the largest construction and civil engineering projects in Denmark in recent years.
In addition, Natascha has taught real estate law at the University of Copenhagen and, in recent years, has worked exclusively with real estate at some of Denmark’s largest law firms, including construction law and the acquisition and sale of commercial properties.
