Biography

Kristian is head of the department for real estate and construction where he provides advisory services to a broad range of players on the real estate market within all aspects of real estate and construction. He has special focus on property project development, estate agency law, and court and arbitration cases.

Kristian is the author of a number of books and articles on real estate. Kristian is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law where he teaches the subject purchase and sale of real estate.

Kristian is appointed rent court judge at the Rent Court in Copenhagen, Lyngby and Glostrup by the Property Association of Denmark (Ejendomsforeningen Danmark) and he has extensive experience with cases involving rent law and commercial lease law.

Kristian is a qualified litigator and Danish and international arbitrator.
