Biography
Judge Platt's practice focuses on representing local, regional and national commercial clients in their real estate endeavors and business ventures. Mr. Platt has assisted clients on a variety of development projects, ranging from land assemblage and entitlement to municipal partnerships and economic incentive acquisition, as well as related debt and equity structuring and financing. He has structured acquisitions and dispositions for a variety of real estate assets, including raw land, retail, office, industrial, and multi-family assets.
