Caroline has joined Sherrards from CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. Before CMS, Caroline gained a wealth of experience at Muckle LLP, Julian Holy Solicitors and Olswang LLP. Caroline continues to strengthen and develop our offering in the residential real estate sector, working alongside other practice areas, dealing with banking, corporate, litigation and enfranchisement work and providing bespoke and integrated tax, construction and planning advice. Caroline and the team provide a broad range of services, including site, portfolio or single acquisition and disposals, development, leasehold management work, together with all enfranchisement aspects both contentious and non contentious and re finance and banking work. Caroline�s experience stretches across the country including London properties, country estates and development sites.
