Wildeboer Dellelce Announces New Partner Appointment

Wildeboer Dellelce, Alliott Global Alliance’s law firm representative in Ontario, Canada, has announced the appointment of Marcus Hinkley as a partner in its Corporate Practice Group.
Marcus brings over a decade of experience in corporate law, advising Canadian and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private equity investments, and foreign investment matters.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Marcus practised at major international law firms, where he gained extensive experience negotiating and coordinating complex cross-border transactions and advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
His experience spans a variety of sectors, including life sciences, technology, professional services, manufacturing, and retail. His practice also encompasses corporate reorganizations and general corporate and commercial advisory work.
Originally from England, Marcus trained and began his legal career internationally before continuing his practice in Toronto. This international background, combined with his extensive cross-border experience, enables him to provide pragmatic Canadian legal advice informed by a broader global perspective.
Marcus’ appointment further strengthens Wildeboer Dellelce’s Corporate Practice Group, bringing additional international experience, strategic insight and cross-border expertise as the practice continues to grow.
