Biography
Young-Jin Kim is a U.S. attorney (Texas) and Principal Advisor of Sugar Square Law & Advisors, leading the firm’s international initiatives and cross-border practice development.
With more than 20 years of experience across global technology companies and multinational environments, he has advised leading businesses throughout Korea and Southeast Asia, combining legal expertise with deep commercial understanding and international business insight.
Prior to joining Sugar Square, he held senior legal and business roles including Legal Counsel for Lenovo Korea/ASEAN, Head of Legal for Cisco Systems Korea and Vietnam, and Representative of Cisco Systems Capital Korea.
His international academic background includes degrees from Seoul National University and studies in international law at China University of Political Science and Law and Santa Clara University.
