Stuart is predominantly a transactional and commercial property lawyer. He enjoys the variety of work that he does as every day is different.

He has assisted NZ based and international clients with a broad range of transactions from the purchase or sale of: large rental car fleets; regulated vehicle inspection businesses; manufacturing and equipment hire businesses; forests; multi tenanted commercial office buildings; and green field land for future residential section subdivisions.

As part of these transactions he has helped clients with advice related to loan and security documents; commercial leases; employment agreements and redundancies, distribution and agency agreements; privacy policies; shareholder agreements and buy-sell agreements.

Some might also say that Stuart is a little one dimensional as he really enjoys the residential section subdivision work that his firm has a specialty in. It may be his geography degree (which helped keep him sane during law school) or his love of colouring pencils, but whatever it is, the firm is very good at this work and has helped clients develop thousands of sections in the Auckland area.
