Biography
His fields of specialisation include capital transactions and restructurings for "Mittelstand" businesses. Dr Simon is also active in consulting for and designing compliance and risk management Systems, particularly where labour and technology law intersect. Another of his Focus Areas is Consulting around European and international legal issues, in particular with regard to German foreign Investments and foreign companies in Germany. He has particular expertise in the IT/telecommunications, automotive, plant & facilities construction and healthcare industries. Dr Simon also handles court cases and Arbitration procedures involving Company and trade law.
