Biography

Sohan Sidhu is a partner and leads the immigration team at Ellisons Solicitors. He has practised immigration law for over 20 years and specialises in providing corporate immigration services including assisting multinational companies with bases in the UK on the transfer of Skilled Workers to the UK. He represents clients in many sectors including those involved in financial services, pharmaceuticals, professional services and information technology. Sohan assists clients with sponsor licence applications and also advises on compliance related matters and he also provides advice on all aspects of UK immigration to individual and family clients, including advising high net worth clients looking to obtain Investor Visas in the UK. He also advises clients who wish to obtain Sole Representative Visas to represent their overseas businesses in the UK.

Sohan is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
