Biography
Dato Shamesh holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from University of London and is a certified arbitrator. He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar more than two decade ago. As he is currently a President of the Home Buyers Tribunal a Dispute Resolution platform established by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, he is very familiar with laws relating and connected to the Housing Development Act. He currently serves as a member of the Intellectual Property and Admiralty and Shipping Committee of the Bar Council.
