Biography
I am a partner with ICS Bagimsiz Denetim A.S. in Istanbul. I have been with involved with the firm from 1997 through 2001 at various levels and as partner since 2008.
I am currently serving as the firm's partner in charge of Accounting and Auditing responsible for monitoring the firm's quality control systems, Risk & Compliance and Fraud Examination departments, and managing relationship with clients. I have previous experience in audits of media and entertainment, technology and internet, aviation, retail and royalty and vendor audits and compliance audits.
I hold Bachelors degrees in Business - Economics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Accountancy.
Additionally, Ihold an active CPA license in Turkey and the United States of America as well as being a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified in Financial Forensics, Certified IT Professional, Chartered Global Management Accountant and Forensic Certified Public Accountant certifications.
