Biography
Sarah advises insolvency practitioners, creditors and company directors in liquidations, receiverships and examinerships and restructuring. Sarah has considerable experience in insolvency-related litigation in the High Court, to include a variety of enforcement disputes, fraudulent and reckless trading claims and injunctions.
