Having started his legal practice with the exclusive representation of management in all aspects of a company's employment and labor law compliance and litigation needs, Ross Hamilton gained great insight into how business operations, management, culture and the related challenges affect a company. He finds tremendous satisfaction in becoming part of a team with management to achieve strategic goals and avoid pitfalls with a company's legal compliance and transactions. This has led Ross to serving as outside general counsel to long-standing firm clients and meeting their needs for general corporate, compliance and litigation advice and representation in a multitude of legal matters.
