Biography
Roman specialises in tax issues, resolving corporate conflicts, creating and structuring businesses both in Russia and abroad.
He is recognized in the individual ranking "Leaders of the legal services market" by Kommersant Publishing House in the categories "digital economy/fintech" and "tax".
Roman has helped numerous clients resolve disputes with tax authorities, shape corporate business structures and close complex transactions while maintaining the integrity of the client's business. He has also participated in developing industry-specific laws relating to taxation and venture capital investments. In 2007, he graduated from the All-Russian State Tax Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation with a degree in taxes and taxation. In 2008 he graduated from the State University of Management with a degree in jurisprudence.
